Warranty Period

All Fryette Amplifiers, Pedals & V1 Valvulator's carry a full 12 month UK only Warranty to the Original Purchaser.

Tubes & Speakers carry a 90 Day Warranty from the original purchase date.

If Your Item should develop a Fault

Within 28 Days - We will replace your purchase, should a replacement be available.

After 28 Days - We will repair your purchase, using only genuine Fryette replacement parts (We are not obliged to provide a 'loan' item while Warranty Repair work is being carried out). Contact us for a R.A.N and our returns address. Collections can be organised by ourselves carriage free for a repair/return within 28 days, after a 28 day period they should be returned carriage paid with sufficient Insurance to cover any damage/loss that may occur in transit.

Any faulty items to be returned to us for service/repair must first obtain a R.A.N (Return Authorisation Number), Returns will not be accepted without this.

Contact us directly for Order Cancellations/Refunds and we will supply a R.A.N for item return.
